King County - Cave Ridge

During Convention Cave Ridge Trips - August 8th & 10th

Ben Sainsbury will be leading trips to Cave Ridge on the Tuesday, August 8th and Thursday, August 10th during convention.

Although the difficulty of the hike does not change, Tuesday’s trip is intended to be easier caving with visits to Red, Cascade, and others as the group desires. Vertical gear is optional on Tuesday. Thursday’s trip is intended to be a bit more challenging with visits to Hell Hole and the upper levels of Newton. Vertical gear is required on Thursday. For both days, be sure to dress for cold, damp/wet alpine caving.
